Donald Trump asks to Ban all Muslim Travels to U.S.

Donald Trump asks to Ban all Muslim Travels to U.S.: Recently, in a speech US President Barack Obama was seen appealing for the end of the discrimination on the basis of caste and creed. And now, Donald Trump has said something that he shouldn’t have said. Donald Trump called Monday for barring all Muslims from entering the United States while the nation’s leaders can “figure out what is going on” after the terrorist attacks in San Bernardino, Calif.

According to a Press campaign, “Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

In September, Trump said that he loved Muslims. After the Paris attacks, his attitude for Muslims sharply turned and called for a database to track Muslims in America and repeated discredited rumors that thousands of Muslims celebrated in New Jersey on 9/11. Donald said, “There should be a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States, including Muslim citizens who are currently abroad.”

In a statement, Donald said, “Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life.”

He also said that hatred among many Muslims for Americans is beyond comprehension and that the United States should confront “where this hatred comes from and why.” He added, “Great surveillance and vigilance must be adhered to,” said Trump in an additional statement Lewandowski provided to CNN. We want to be very fair but too many bad things are happening and the percentage of true hatred is too great. People that are looking to destroy our country must be reported and turned in by the good people who love our country and want America to be great again.”

Barack Obama’s administration condemned the proposal. It was then when Obama’s deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes reacted to Trump’s call Monday. He said that to be “totally contrary to our values as Americans” and pointed to the Bill of Rights’ protection of freedom of religion and pointing to the “extraordinary contributions” Muslim Americans have made to the U.S. He added, “We should make it harder for ISIL to portray this as a war between the United States and Islam, not easier.”

Donald Trump has given many surprising and extreme comments in the past also. He said that he would like to have a debate on the living of Muslims in the United States. A few days ago, he said that he wanted to become the President but won’t give H-1B visa to the companies who were firing Americans and hiring foreigners and that his justice department would take strict actions against them. On this statement of him, many Indian-Americans also showed disproval.

This is how other Republicans reacted to his words:
